Officers for 2008 are as follows: President: Tom Essmyer Speaking of the website, one can get into the member section by using his e-mail address such as the the following example: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it The user name would be Nowak and the password would be budweiser. Once you are into the member section, you can change your user name and/or password to suit yourself. And while we are on the subject of the website, remember this is your website and you need to support it by submitting to Richard, Stephanie or Fred material you want posted. It takes all to make it a success. Fred had sent you the e-mail addresses of Richard, Stephanie and Fred twice but if you still do not have them or the e-mail addresses of the all the members, please let Fred know at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and he will make the info. available to you. The sale of pots, books and other miscellaneous items went well and there was $385.00 worth sold. That money will be used to support our on-going programs. You may have noticed that all the books, pots and misc stuff was brought in by Darryl. Darryl went to our storage locker, loaded all that material into his truck, took it home, washed the pots, did research and priced the material based on Internet search of similar products, reloaded it all and hauled it to the meeting last night. Then Darryl had to haul it back home and will once again have to put it in storage . Most of us do not appreciate the work that Darryl does behind the scenes although we do see him so active at all meetings and workshops. So, next time you see him, tell him Thanks. Also, if you see Darryl's wife, Janie, thank her also because she helped Darryl with the research and she may have washed pots also. I don't know but both of their efforts are appreciated. |
